TO ENROLL:

  1. Complete the entry form below and press "Submit" to register.
  2. Print your stamp card after registering.
  3. Start your program and purchase the required number of Manna Pro products to earn the cash rebate and
    t-shirt for your species. Each time you purchase, have your dealer stamp your stamp card.
  4. When your stamp card is completed, turn it in to your dealer or mail directly to Manna Pro at
    707 Spirit 40 Park Drive, Suite 150, Chesterfield, MO 63005. It is recommended that you make a copy
    of your completed stamp card before turning it in.
  5. Up to 3 stamp cards may be submitted by each youth participant per calendar year.
  6. If you are awarded Grand Champion or Reserve Champion of your show, mail a photo of your award to
    Manna Pro at the address shown above. Your champion jacket will be sent to you.
    One champion jacket/award per youth participant per year.

TO QUALIFY:

  1. Purchase and feed only Manna Pro's Youth Livestock Program Feeds, from first weigh-in or starting period
    until the show.


  2. Project animal must make the show.
  3. Provide completed stamp card to Manna Pro Corporation at least 2 weeks prior to the show to
    receive your t-shirt. All completed stamp cards must be submitted no later 30 days following show
    to receive cash rebate.
  4. Minimum unit purchase and cash awards as outlined above.
