FEEDING DIRECTIONS

Calves, beef and non-lactating dairy cattle

10 mg/lb bodyweight/day

Treatment of bacterial enteritis caused by Escherichia coli and bacterial pneumonia caused by Pasterurella multocida organisms susceptible to Chlortetracycline.

Feed 4 ounces per 100 lb. bodyweight daily. Feed for not  more than five days.
Warning: A withdrawal period has been established for this product in preruminating calves. Do not use in calves to be processed for veal.

Beef Cattle

350 mg/head/day

Control of bacterial pneumonia associated with shipping fever complex caused by Pasteurella spp. susceptible to Chlortetracycline.

Feed 1.4 ounces per head per day.

Swine (growing)

100 g/ton

Reducing the incidence of cervical lymphadenitis (jowl abscesses) caused by Group E. Streptococci susceptible to Chlortetracycline.

Thoroughly mix 0.2 ounces with each pound of feed.

Sheep (growing)

50 g/ton

Increase rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency.

Thoroughly ix 0.1 ounce with each pound of feed.

Chickens

200-400 g/ton

Control of chronic respiratory disease (CRD) and air sac infection caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Escherichia coli susceptible to Chlortetracycline

Thoroughly mix 0.4-0.8 ounce with each pound of feed. Feed continuously for 7 to 14 days.

Turkeys (growing)

400 g/ton

Control of hexamitiasis caused by Hexamita meleagrides susceptible to Chlortetracycline.

Thoroughly mix 0.8 ounce with each pound of feed. Feed continuously for 7 to 14 days.
Warning:  Do not feed turkeys producing eggs for human consumption.

Ducks

200-400 g/ton

For the control and treatment of fowl cholera caused by Pasteurella multocida susceptible to Chlortetracycline.

Thoroughly mix 0.4-0.8 ounce with each pound of feed. Feed for not more than 21 days. Fee in complete ration to provide from 8 to 28 mg per lb of bodyweight per day depending upon age and severity of disease.
Warning:  Do not feed to ducks producing eggs for human consumption.
