IMPORTANT: Feed to provide each calf 10 mg of oxytetracycline and 10 mg of neomycin sulfate per pound of bodyweight daily. Feed continuously for 7 to 14 days.
Mix 8 ounces of Scour-Ease into 2 quarts of warm water. Bottle-feed the entire volume of solution (approximately two quarts) twice daily to provide 1000 milligrams of neomycin sulfate and 1000 milligrams of oxytetracycline for each 100 pounds of calf body weight daily. Feed as the only source of milk replacer for 7 to 14 days continuously. If symptoms persist after feeding the medicated milk replacer for 2 to 3 days, consult a veterinarian. Continue feeding the medicated milk replacer for 24 to 48 hours after the remission of disease symptoms.
WARNING: Withdraw from feed 5 days prior to slaughter. A withdrawal period has not been established for this product in pre-ruminating calves. Do not use in calves to be processed for veal.
Use of more than one product containing neomycin or failure to follow withdrawal times may result in illegal drug residues.
